At the helm of The Connector Group & Agency LLC is Norsham Mohamad-Garcia, a visionary founder whose leadership fuses Malaysian heritage, Western business discipline, and a deeply rooted global perspective. With a solid background in U.S. retail banking management and over three decades of international experience, she brings a rare blend of operational insight and cultural intelligence to high-level engagements.
As a strategic business consultant and developer, Norsham has spearheaded cross-border initiatives that connect government agencies, private enterprises, and emerging industries. Notably, she led a national engagement for the Republic of Equatorial Guinea’s National Oil and Gas Ministry in Malaysia, curating a diplomatic and industrial summit that introduced key leadership to PETRONAS and Sapura Energy Berhad , catalyzing vital energy and trade dialogues.
Norsham’s influence has also extended to cultural diplomacy — including advisory work with the spouse of Indonesia’s Minister of Tourism during the G20 Summit, providing strategic insight on event architecture and cultural visibility.
In 2025, she directed the strategic development of a Malaysian sister company’s participation in the Kazan Economic Summit in Tatarstan, facilitating business narratives and introductions across key Muslim economic corridors. Her ability to align industry trends with geopolitical interests makes her a trusted bridge between cultures, sectors, and sovereign priorities.
